Check in an employee
Search the active employee list by name, pick the person, and set a location. Pick an existing location or type a new one — use ＋ Add location to save it to the picker for reuse. Separated or inactive employees don't appear.
Invite someone to view this desk
Search Pulse by name and invite. They get a Discord DM with their own link — read-only: every report, no buttons, nothing they open can change a record. The link is the access, so it is theirs alone and can be revoked here at any time. Only people with a linked Discord account can be invited; anyone HR has on the way out cannot.
